torsion bar lowering clio 16v

  Bmw M4 & Clio 16v

I wanna have my torsion bar lowered on my clio 16v. I wanna do it myself! how low should i go? I have just fitted -60mm suspension kit on the front of the car and its dropped a lot! how will i take the back down? i was thinking 2 splines??

Help??

Piece of piss mate!

Jack the rear end of your motor up, sit it on Axle stands, remove dust caps on end of torsion bars, measure from middle of hub to ground and make a not of this, place a jack under said hub, extract torsion bar fully both sides, jack up hub till 60mm higher, knock both torsion bars back in, replace dust caps and you should be done mate!

If you need any more help give me a shout!
