torsion bar

how hard is it to adjust the torsion bars on a 1995 1.4 rt, ive heard they might have to be oxyscletlleined (excuse spelling) if they are siezed. is it worth gettin a garage yto do it ?

easy as pie mate, make sure you spray wd40 or similar every night for about a week on the torsion bar and it should come out no bother.
I bought myself a slide hammer from halfrauds for £15 and it made life so much easier.
