Tow Eye + 172 Steering Wheel

I heard that someone on here sells tow eyes similar to the ones fitted to Clio Trophy race cars, is that true, and does he still sell them?

Also a mate of mine has just bought a re-trimmed leather steering wheel from a guy on here, I believe he does a lot of them (god knows why the standard ones are such high quality pmsl) If so could someone please point me in the right direction?
