toxic fume light

just to make sure that i dont need to worry, after i fitted my decat pipe it came on then went off, but after a while came back on, permannetly. Should i worry or, just leave it?

dont worry about it - your oxy sensor measures polutent gases coming from your engine - a catalytic convertor decreases the harmful emissions. When you remove the cat the sensor picks up the level of unpurified gas coming from the engine and recognises this is more than the level it has been programmed to pick up. Your car will run better without a cat. Ignore the light
