2. Dry
3. Inters
1. Wets

Personally I would see if anyone wants to straight swap them all for some standard wheels and road tyres, try me!

Some pretty valuable wheels and tyres to get chucked in :) sweet!
Probably comfortably over a grands worth if you sold them assuming tyres have a out half life left and wheels not badly kerbed.

1 will fall apart if used hard in any conditions not properly wet
2 are ideal dry tyres
3 Are a good all rounder

When they have nearly new tread yeah.

Hmmmmmmmm dunno, I've only ever bought well used sets & did my 1st wet day at Oulton recently with them & I was quite impressed, better than I thought they'd be tbh, only had about 3mm tread on them.
Admittedly it wasn't wet enough for there to be any standing water anywhere but I say this more to emphasise not being overly put off by using them when it's wet
But from last year at Oulton I can confirm that R888's with about 1mm of tread are utterly lethal if it's slightly damp at any part of the circuit :rasp: can also confirm how well gravel traps work as well lol

I'd say its a case of

New with 5mm = ok even with very shallow standing water
3mm = good in the damp
1mm = dry suitable only

  XC90, 330d, Trophy’s
not a bad little combination to acquire with the car.

all will be the best choice, when used in the right conditions :)

As said you've done well to get them with car as there is a few £££s worth there.

A set of wheels with decent tyres for what ever the weather.

I'm trying the Federal rsr next year (similar to the r1rs you have)

Thanks for the replays, in the end I've decided to sell both sets of team dynamics and have some R888s fitted to my 2118s
