Track day phone holders.. whats best

hello!

All that do trackdays, Who uses their phones for laptiming?

What phone mounts do you use, I do plan on getting an AIM Solo at some point but for now im just going to use an app on my phone.

Just want a good mount to use, Whether its a vent one or suction mount.

could you show where you mount them as well please

Pretty sure any phones or go pros need to be solidly mounted with usually a cable tie for secondary fixing.

Seriously though, I use a SkyPro GPS receiver and then the RaceChrono app. I put my phone in my pocket and just look at the times when I’ve come in, far too much distraction looking whilst you’re driving.
