track prep?

  Clio sport 172
hello people :)

i got myself a clio 172 FF about 3 or so weeks back, plans before i purchased was to get myself a smaller car which i would like to take on trackdays aiming for 2011, how much work would i look at being need doing to make it worthy of taking on a track as it would be my first time...

the car basically gets used less the 4 miles a day to work and back

plans are to strip the rear bench and un-necessarys
and possibly buckets in the front?

any other recommendations ? suspension? coilies springs?

all input welcome!! thanks

Yup, they're fine.

Start simple, if you enjoy it and want to make the car more track focused there are a million options. :)

As long as you change smoothly then yeah they can take some abuse..

Mine was pretty much standard for my first track day except for some upgraded front dics and pads..

All depends how much you wanna spend really!
