Is an easy enough job but you will want to get your alignment checked straight away as you will trash your tyres pretty quickly if it's out.

As said above get aligned ASAP. I've just changed mine and I'm rubbish with the tools only thing I found was seized nuts and the actual track rod end felt as if it was welded on! I soaked in wd-40 but would still not shift! In the end I had to borrow my mates butane torch to get some heat into it took a while but came off in the end.

I'd of done it myself personally, remove 1 nut from top, crack it lose, twist off, twist new one on tighten, alignment check £30 - 35) all in.

Give it ago mate, save yourself 100 quid. Its real simple, same as anything on cars really, once you've done it once its a piece of piss. Gotta remember they are designed to be taken apart by retards lol. Just think of the Renault techs.

Yeh track rod ends screw off and on, count the amount of turns though so you get at least a decent alignment when you put a new one on

sweet cheers :) il be giving it ago tommorow morning :p yeah i need two front tyres anyway so the money i can save can go towards them :D
