Track Suspension - H&R or B14

Just for track use with 888s or maybe slicks.

got some H&Rs in the garage which I can use but I think there going to be too soft?

never used b14s..there better but still not good for just track?

Have no experience myself, although from what I read (I'm looking into coilies atm) the H&R's are better suited to 'fast road' rather than track. I'd imagine with slicks you're going to need something pretty firm.

If you're going for slicks it would have to be ast's IMO.
