track tyres on 182 cup

Im running the normal 16inch cup wheels on my 182 with general road tyres.im in the process of buy a spare set of wheels for track use.could anyone tell me a decent track tyre and what width i can use on the car please.its currently running spax coilover kit cambolts etc.as said only a spare track set.would 205/50/16's fit without scrubbing the coilovers ?cheers paul

Go for 15s Paul. More tyre choice and generally a lot cheaper.
