Trip computer not scrolling

As title says, when I press the button on the wiper stalk ( presume to be the trip computer scroller button ) it does nothing.
Now if been in a friends clio and his let him scroll through the millege, distance travelled ect, mine doesn't do this.

All I get is oil ok when I start the car and then the millege of my car.


Horn also doesn't work and I've checked the fuses, no voltage on the horn when the steering wheel is pressed or without.

Im a little confused tbh

May sound obvious but it could simply be the button on the stalk is knackered. If you can buy a cheap replacement stalk from a breakers it wouldn't take long to swap them over, and if that doesn't fix it you can always sell the stalk on again to re-coup your money.
