There's a bunch of chavs who hang around the Welch Way car park in Witney, making noise and then cruising around the town in their boyed up 1.2's / 1.4's with their fog lights on, neons glowing underneath and stupid blue lights shining everywhere... for some reason they seem to like "challenging" the drivers of Clio Sports in their crappy cars, oblivious to how badly they'd lose.

Surely most towns have a similar sort of thing going on? :lolup:
