Trophy front and rear suspension.

Will trophy front an rear dampers and springs fit a standard phase 2 172?? Or are trophy bolt holes the same as the cup?

They're the same as a 182 cup so won't be a direct fit on your 172.

So is it a hub job as well for the fronts then? Ie the fronts will involve struts and hubs, and are the rears standard dampers?? Will I need springs to or are the springs/an spring cups the same size? Any idea how much Sachs dampers are from the dealer?

Sachs are around £1400ish from renault iirc

yes i'm afraid so, front struts and hubs. The rears are also trophy specific as well as the springs, both the dampers and springs will be a direct replacement though.

I'm not too sure on the price and availability these days but a few years ago i recall the front dampers being in the region of £1250 each?? I can't remember for sure on the price though.

Your best bet would be to keep an eye out on here and the trophy forum for a full set.

Thats each too lol, they are good, but I have never driven any other set up on a clio. I am most impressed with how they soak up the bumps down a bumpy coutry lane, although they arr quite stiff in normal driving
