Good news mate! Hope it all heals smoothly etc, are you allowed to do motocross again or has the doc said a big NO to that one? Get some harnesses in, you'll be fine ;)

Cheers bud. As much as I'd like to ride again, and the doctor and physio has said I will get back to 100% strength and fitness etc. so could ride no problem, it's not really sensible! My physio said if it happens again or if I get hit by another bike in my back then I could cause severe damage due to the metal work being there as it could be bent in a collision then has to be operated on again and could cause complications. Plus its right next to my kidneys so if it were dislodged it could cause damage to them as well. Decided it best I stick to cars so going to be doing trackdays instead. Dad's just bought a Mk3 Capri 2.0 Special that needs some work so going to concentrate on that to keep us busy at the weekends :D
