TRS Tow Strap

I've just ordered one, hoping to put it on to the front of my 182, any ideas how? as the tow eye hole in the bottom grille is rather small :S

Or cut the grill out some..

You need to drill the strap out to take an M16 bolt though

drill the grill with a dremmel...the lines in the grill make it easy to fit...and looks alot better

sorry pal what i meant was the thread size, m16 is the diameter the "??" is tpi.

Reviving an old thread. Do you remember what size of grade of bolt you used to push it outside of the bumper? Looking to do mine the same.

8.8 will be fine although no strength of bolt will be ideal due to the distance it has to hang out. It should really have a sleive over the bolt to strengthen it up. I'm guessing your doing it for looks more than purpose though?
