the 172 and 182 are already tubular. 172 being 4-1 and 182 being 4-2-1.
The 182 item is better for all round performance through less raw restriciton and better pulse tuning of the low rpm engine.
If you really want to get one made up, a 4-2-1 is the one to go for, 4-1 manifolds on a 4 cylinder you shouldnt bother with until your running fairly astronomical rpm's. And when you do have one made, make sure they can explain the principal behind the design, components and lengths/diameters they are using. Anybody can slap a manifold together, but making a good one is actually quite hard.
