Turbo ideas?

Hi everyone. Hope all is well.
Ok, i think its time i turbo my clio, it was for sale, but i dont actually want to sell it now.
I want to keep it! I really am starting to enjoy it. It was different to my MK5 R32, but hey,
I just put a toyo sports dcat, and remap, and it can move!
But i want more speed!

My question is can I use any turbo? or does it have to be for a clio? what about a clio diesel turbo?
or megane 225 turbo?
I want to pick a used one for cheap and see what happens.
And what else needs to be done when turboing it?

A DCI turbo won't work. Megane 225 turbo would but the manifold won't fit. Other stuff you need is:
Injectors
Map sensor
Standalone ecu
Manifold
Down pipe
Oil return
Oil feed
Intercooler

That's off the top of my head.

You will need a couple of grand spare.

Thanks guys. Yeah I do have that spare ATM. I just want it to really move. I was going to sell for a 225 but not heard great things about them. I may just take it to k tech and see what they can do

I'd stay well clear of ktec personally. @Andyrg is who you need to talk to.

Engine dynamics do a turbo conversion kit in 230 bhp or 280 bhp, if you want a simple kit. I believe they fit it too.

Don't know how good they are though
