Tv/cable help - green screen?

Normal tv is fine, Freeview tv is fine but when I put the Scart in for the cable tv the screen goes all green/yellow, any ideas :S

I hate tech stuff... no idea how to link in the PS2 and video either... :dapprove:

Is it new Karen or do you have to keep swapping scarts as you don't have enough sockets?

Just moved into my new place so not new, just attempting to set up all the old equipment... :S

Could be as simple as a broken pin/solder in the scart lead. Can you try the lead you're using for freeview with cable and see if that makes any differance?

Ah right, the Freeview is built in the tv but I think I have another Scart in the pile of spare leads somewhere!

Aas I see. Just try a different scart cable when you get the chance. Best to rule out a faulty cable first before trying anything else.
