Tv on pc?

Does anyone know of any sites wher u can watch tv over the net? i used 2 know one ages ago. i've looked up on net a bit but most sites want money off u & i dnt really trust them 2 giv my card details lol

does it have to be online? i have a freeview tv card in mine, which i plug an aerial into, which picks up loads of stuff and with windows media centre you can record/pause live tv etc..
