tweeters on the clio

im getting the pioneer 7400mp for my clio (2001) and was wondering will the tweeters work with the headunit, is it using same connection as the speakers?

Yeah they should, Renualt just run the tweeters in parrallel with the front speakers with an inline filter to remove the bass frequencies. As long as you ISO adaptor is wired correctly then there should be no problems.

nice one, but do i need any adapters? or can i just remove the connector from the cassette HU and plug it in the pioneer?

You will probably need to get an ISO harness adaptor for a Renault. I am sure Pioneer use ISO connectors (I have only ever used Alpine, and you need an adaptor for them). Best to check at the place you buy the hed unit from.

Will definitely be Ok as long as you get the standard adaptor.
