Two fiddly questions

I had some minor body work carried out on my 172 a while back.
After giving it a thorough clean I’ve noticed there is some over spray on two areas:

1) The 4 flat clips that lie at the top of the rear bumper and are out of view once the boot is closed.
These have now been sprayed silver and I want to find replacements. What are they called as I can’t seem to get them anywhere?

2) Some very minor overspray at the bottom of the passenger side rear window seal.
None of the dealers in Ireland have them and nothing on ebay.
Also is it a big job to remove the rear passenger window from a phase 1 172?

Any guidance or advice much appreciated!

Unsure on the first, but the windows are a pain to get out, bonded in.

I guess i'll leave the window. There is some overspray on the outer seal which is really pissing me off.

I found out the other are rivets. Unsure how to remove the rear bumper or is it even worth the hassle.

to remove to rear bumper is simples

remove 2 bolts at either side of the rear bumper and loosen 4 bolts i think in the middle section of the bumper and pull it out to you.
