Two RS tuner Questions

Hi guys, Iv'e just bought an RS tuner and have a few questions about using it and the service.

It has worked a treat on my 182 engine and air bag lights, so iv'e bought the abs module now.
How long does it usually take for the reply containing the code to arrive?

Secondly, Iv'e tried using it on my clio dCi and it's staying in the reading part of the connection. The car is a 55 plate campus sport, A ph4 I believe. Should it connect to it if i just leave it for a while?

Give Henk 24hrs or so and you should get an email to unlock the airbag module.

I was corresponding with Henk over the Xmas break and he a lways responded within 24hrs :up:

@pj_sibley - It sounds like fastchip provide an excellent service.

I've had a response asking for a screen shot of the main screen, I though that was only necessary when unlocking the vci?

It may be that he needs to know exactly what ABS hardware you have? I bought the ABS Module from the start, so he had the screenshot from the VCI unlock anyway. Interestingly, I didn't have to send a screenshot when I then added the airbag module.

Henk knows what he's doing, so I'd just go with it :up:
