Tyre cover for a 205/45/16 spare

I am looking for a tyre cover for the 205/45/16, as I carry a spare in the boot (182)

Anyone ever encounter/seen this Ren. part # 82 00 067 335 = spare wheel cover - this appears to be for the 182 but no details.

All the custom ones I've looked at do not list (cover!) a 205/45/16.

Anyone used a spare wheel cover?
