Tyre help

Evening,

I've looked through numerous threads & I'm still slightly confused...

I'm soon to replace all four tyres (185 60 15) I want to replace them with some better rubber, can anybody educate me on what size I can change to for a premium brand.

Use 195/50 or 45 r15

45 might be a bit thin but looks nice.

Keep the size you have, there's no need to change size if they are the correct size.
