Tyre order help

I need to order two new tyres for the trackday next month.

Can anyone tell me the difference between :

EAGLE F1 GS-D3
195/45 R16 80V BSW

and

EAGLE F1 GS-D3
195/45 R16 84V XL BSW

80V or 84V? speed rating? which one?

XL is Extra Load (reinforced tyre)

Both rated to 150mph but not sure what the differance is between 80 and 84.

so is it better to get a reinforced tyre? they are both exactly the same price
