Tyre pressures

Could anyone tell me what my tyre pressures should be on my 2001 172 cup. As I'm going to a track day saturday and want to get everything right

I have normal cup wheels by the way?

My manual says 2.2bar at the front, 2.0 rear, for normal use. 2.7/2.2 if loaded up, standard spare wheel should be 2.7bar.

drop them to 28psi front (cold) and 25 rear (cold)

Then check them again after a few laps if you didnt know already.

What should they be after a few laps then? (at the sheer risk of looking silly)

around 30psi HOT all round is a good starting point

Bear in mind depending on the track, each tyre will probably be different because of the load through bends etc. So after a few laps they all could be different pressures.
