TYRE SIZES?! - 1.4 dynamique with 16's or 17's

okay so im considering getting a 1.4 dynamique and one of the first things ill do is get bigger alloys for her, was thinking of 16's probably or maybe even some 17's, BUT what tyre sizes would be best and speed rating too?!

i was thinking 185/55/16 but i have no idea about speed ratings!

i dont want no F'in arch work done with 19's or anything haha

reasonable values are for example

185/55 R15
195/50 R15
195/45 R16

195/45/R16 (or 205) would be a good shout.

ive heard that the 205's will rub the arch slightly, ill probably go for the 195/45/16's CHEERS LADS

okay so ive been looking online at tyres for the 16 inch alloys and its coming up with 195/50/R16 88 v on the michelin page, will they fit all sweet on the mk2 ph2 NON lowered?

ignore me, ive figured this s**t out V is the speed rating at 150mph max right? and the 88 is the load index being 560kg ADDED to the weight of the car?
