Tyres - Again I hear u all say

just thought i would let u all know of a good deal on ive just had.

got a pair of Yoks A539 for the front of the 172, for a total cost of......£110, was going for some of the holy grail Eagle F1s but at £38 a tyre extra.

Where from u all ask bloody demon tweeks of all places

The grip is very good, but i would say that as ive been on racing slicks, woops Contis for the last month

While i was there i spotted a nice silver 172 with the K-Tec top and bottom stainless steel grille - looked the part and will be my next purchase.

I can bore you with more tyre stories.....Had the fronts changed on my 172 last Thursday because the old tyres were also racing slicks....

On there now is a pair of Pirelli PZero Neros 195/45/16s. They are alot better than the continentals...havent tried them in the rain...But they take the corners very confidently...but i dont know if they are better or worse than Eagles...

Im not fussed on yokos had them on my old car and they wore down to quickly have got them on my valver wouldnt buy them again.

Should have looked for AVS-Sports mate, i got mine at £45 a corner and there way better all round than the A539s which are a bit twitchy in the wet i found.

Yokos are mint! i swear by em
