tyres scrubbing

  Laguna sport tourer
got a new problem on the 182 on full lock(or near) when moving slowly the tyre is scrubbing sideways like the wheels are fighting against each other is this normal? or could it simply be tracking, there doesn't seem to be any uneven tyre wear

  Artic 182
I almost has to check i didnt write this in my sleep as it is EXACTLY what i was just about to post!

So new top mounts to cure it? Its not a very nice feeling/noise, they wheels almost jump

If you find anything out pm me and i'll do the same for you. Its nice knowing its a known problem... I had mine on the ramp yesterday for a while and concluded it wasnt driveshafts so that was a wallet relief

had my geometry checked today left toe -0 degree 1 minute right toe -0 degree 15 minutes total -0 degree 16 minutes which is fine going strait as the total is fine but on full lock the right wheel will be turning into corner to far causing it to scrub at least thats what i think. camber was quite far out to but garage told me that it wasn't adjustable???

This happens when cold normally, normally when moving off and turning, only real way too cure it, is to fit new topmounts from the likes of Ktec, AST or Mark Fish.

done a bit more research and it seems that summer tyres in the cold don't flex as much so rather than the tread pattern flexing it moves sideways, i suppose if you have less tread they would flex even less(my tyres only have 3mm left), so i've decided to stop worrying about it
