UGENT ALARM HELP

I HAVE A 2004 CLIO 182 AND HAVE JUST BAUGHT A FLASHING 12V CLIFFORD ALARM STICKER. ITS 12V, I TRIED EARLIER TO WIRE IT TO THE STANDARD ALARM LED BUT THE WIRE ONLY GIVES OUT 6V AND WONT POWER THE CLIFFORD STICKER. DOES ANYONE ON HERE KNOW WERE I CAN FIND THE ALARM WIRES AND WHICH ONE I COULD CONNECT IT TO????
