I managed to catch some of the stages of this years Ulster Rally last weekend over here in Northern Ireland.
As well as the usual selection of Imprezas, Evos and Mk2 Escorts etc. there were a selection of Clios in action as Renault were using the event as a stage of their Clio R3 West European Trophy.
The action shots were all taken by a Latvian lad who was travelling with us, I managed to get a few shots of the Renaultsport guys in the service area between stages.
The R3 Clios sounded really well but the Super 1600 Clios were by far the best sounding car there, in my opinion of course, but the high revving engines could be heard screaming long before they came into view, and sounded truely amazing :approve:
I especially love the pic of the yellow R3 landing after the jump.
