Underhood whining noise (video included)

Can anyone help diagnose this whining noise emanating from the Aux belt area? I realise it could one of many things running off it. The noise doesn't change or disappear when you turn the steering lock to lock or engaging the AC comp. It's literally come out the blue on Friday driving to work in the morning. I've had a look at the belt itself and it still looks in good condition and runs true on all the Pulleys. Dan at 519 fitted a new Aux kit at 72k, car is now on 96K.

Any help?

sounds a bit 'metally' like the grease has gone out of one of the bearings. But which one that is the question.

Just for archives sake this was the Lower Idler Pulley on the Aux belt.
