Undertray Captive Nuts

Good evening all,

A while back I snapped one of the captive nuts for the undertray, so it just span round.

Where can I get new captive nuts for the undertray fixings?

How are they fitted? Do they just secure and compress themselves as you tighten the bolt up?

Rivnut as said or get a nut tack welded to the subframe.
