Uniroyal Rainsport 2's or Continental Sport Contact?

Probably need some new tyres for my 172 later this year, especially if I do the odd track day. The car currently has Continental Sport Contact's but I keep reading good things about the Uniroyal Rainsport 2's. Is there much difference between these two tyres or just personal opinion? Any preference towards one or the other apart from the Uniroyal's are about £10 cheaper per tyre?

I used to have Conti sport contact 3s on my 172, good all rounder.

im sure uniroyal are made by continental,

anyway iv had uniroyals in the past and currently have contisport 3's, there isnt much in it to be fair however i would sway towards the conti's

The uniroyals are fantastic but on a hot trackday mine melted very quick

had a full set on for few weeks now

I got them on mine, great tyre. There my road/wet track tyre.

Had rainsport 2's on for bout 2 months now. Great tyre. Awesome in the wet or dry
