Unlock Code for RSTuner - confused. Help needed

So I've bought an RSTuner 2nd hand from this site, so therefore needs unlocking.

I'm assuming this is what I need :

So thats £77. Plus £100 for the 2nd hand RSTuner.

Is that EVERYTHING I need to pay to have the 98RON map on my car?

Tom, check which ECU you have...as you could have a discount if it is Siemens Sirius 313234 (Clio 2) - 40 Euros
