upgrading eath cables

anyone done this on a mk 1? ive read that its worth doing, i can see 2 earth cables, but its so tight in the engine bay, i cant see if there are any others? in the valver is the altenator grounded to the chassis?

The altenator doesnt have one as such, but the loom is earthed on your gearbox, then gearbox to chasis. at the front under the battery.

my battery to chassis earth, and my engine to battery earth are now 4 AWG cable

im gettin 14.7v @ the battery now when the car is runnin

thats good, deffo gonna do it, cus my headlights have started dimming a bit after playing the system for a while. ive really taken my time doing bits at a time.
