Upper Plenham Removal New Gasket?

Want to change the spark plugs on my 172, obviously you have to remove the upper plenham to get to them right?

Do you need a new gasket between the upper and lower manifold branches when you remove/refit it?

Righto, it 100% has to come off to change the plugs yeh?

I would get one if renault are close, at only £5 its not much, an its better to have it ready than to have it crack or something as you pull em apart. Just a pain having to go to reno for it, i changed my plugs but didnt change the gasket untill a few days later and i didnt notice any difference but like I said £5 aint much for how often you change the plugs.

Id change it especially if the car is 5-6 years old.
