Urgent advice needed!!

Hi guys i have recently canceled an order on a car.

I put down a 200 pound deposit and was going to pay anoth 1500. I have signed no documents what so ever.

Can i get that 200 pounds back???

Did you get a receipt saying you gave them the £200 ?? If so , did it say it was non refundable ?

Probably not, but depends wholly on the seller/dealer you are dealing with.

Card over the phone so no recipt. Ive been told about distance selling rules they should give it back. I hace a genuine reason for having to cancel aswell.
