Urgent, car jacked up to replace arch liner - now hazzards flashing

Jacked the car up to clean and replace the arch liners, did one side with no probs, done the other side and now the hazzards are flashing

relay was making a noise, disconnected and reconnected the battery, and now the relay doesn't click, yet the lights are still on

tried the switch, which did nothing, and now im stuck ?

The click is the fuse in the fuse box, nothing to worry about.
