Urgent Plug Help- with pics!!!

Anyone help a damzel in distress please!

Just put my new seats in, left with these 2 plugs below from drivers side seat.

Grey one (left) is for the airbag warning light as far as I know (?)... the other black plug on the right- is that to do with the airbag warning light too, or something else... and do I need it???! Will I need to do the resistor trick to knock of the airbag/serv light on the dash or can I just retain the grey plug.

The connector on the right looks like the seat position sensor... should be ok to just cable tie it under the new seat

It is indeed, it tells the airbag computer thst the drivers seat is returned to the driving postion in the event of airbag/pretensioner deployment.

What about the airbag/serv light- should that go back off when I plug the grey connector back in, or does that work in sync with the seat posisition sensor?

it should be ok just to cable tie to the bottom of the seat, dont think it'l bring on the light. If it does just cable tie the switch in the closed position!

Yeah I'd cable tie it in the closed position so your frontal airbags work correctly, but no it shouldn't bring on the light either way.

Excellent- will cable tie the switch shut, shove it under the seats and plug the grey plug back in too and cable tie that away.
