my oil was completley empty just had too get some 10/40 2 litres will this damage the enging if i use the car for work tonight

Running with no oil = engine f**k

Any oil is better then no oil.

Just some oil's have additives that may degrade the seals faster then the oil that Renault says.

it's not the seals that will degrade faster, it's the oil itself.
