they work great mate as long as you can connect them up to a proper aerial. Personally i think they're crap if you use a portable one or something

Could always pop into maplin and extend a current aerial if the place that u'd be connectin the usb tv thing to? Personally i love my usb tv card, can record stuff altho it can be huge ! But fine if u have a large HD and only wanna watch it n then delete afterwards. And the aerial that came with mine.. was awful! Didnt pick up any channels

they are useless without being connected to a proper aerial. Totally pointless when marketed as a mobile device, as they blatantly aren't. I had to hook mine up to the house aerial.
