V Maxx coilovers?

  RB 182FF, Saxo Track Car.
If you have a read up on them, they have been in the America for a while mainly on VAG stuff. Also one of the mags, Fast Car or Redline done a test on them and give them best value for money.

I personally think they'll be ok, you get what you pay for.

seem decent but wierd how k-tec have the smaller spring at the top rather than the bigger like on the website :S and with FK's etc..

  A Flamin' Red one
It can't hurt to give K Tec a ring for confirmation on ride height. Maybe we can get a group buy on the go? I'd be interested...

just read some reviews, they dont seem bad, i hear they are not stainless steel, they are galvinised so apart from the problem of the ajuster seizing up they are ment to be good, using a bit of copper grease could solve that problem and iv seen reviews of ppl with scodas (i know i know) who have put them on compaired to the freinds with konis and they pretty similar!

  S3 Sportback, Ninja
you can get gaz coilovers for 450 quid on ebay think id prefere a name ive heard of for a little xtra £

  Dodgy one
I'd rather have the GAZ at least people have heard of them, I'd never heard of v-max until i saw this thread, IMO buy cheap buy twice, i bet they wont last two years and the guarantee will have a restriction to miles etc

No ones ever heard because no one has ever searched further afield than uk based websites. There pretty big in america.

Its the same with everything, on puntosports everyone buys spax because its all they think is available, however searching overseas they have FK ones and XYZ.

Take blinkers off FTW :)

Group buy might be a good idea.

Nothing wrong with Gaz in my experience of them on the 182, and they had adjustable damping too and only cost around 470/480 from Corby motorsport.

I have heard of V-Maxx for over a year... just want conformation on the height before I consider them.

1 person should try a set and give a decent review imo. rather than have 30 odd people unhappy. When i was looking for some for my saxo the company vmax came up a lot and seem really cheap. not too sure about them though.
