172 cups have the same bolt spacing as normal 172s and 182s

But cup packed and cup 182s have different bolt spacing.

No. There's a Bilstein group buy going on, £800.

Are blisteins any good? For the sake of 45mm am I best just putting springs on standard shocks seeing as the 182 is good handling to begin with?

I've not tried them but meant to be very good. Parts wise they are nigh on identical to H&R's IIRC, but slightly firmer damping.

How about uprated shocks? Im worried about going for just springs at 50mm and the standard shocks being under too much pressure
