Actually there are three very obvious derelict buildings all within 30 seconds of getting off the M27 at Hedge End . You clearly need to use your eyes more . One of them is the skankiest most rat invested place I've ever had the pleasure to explore!

(And actually it can't of been me since I was in Milton Keynes by 9:30 that day!)
