v6 test drive

my super girlfriend has booked one of these for me for v day, cant wait, thing is i cant really afford it i just wanna drive it even if it is one for ten mins.

what excuses can i say to the dealer when i get bk to the garage

also will i be disappointed with the drive

Youll love the drive. Very, very different from any other Clio.

Just go armed with a price that theyll never be able to match. They tried for me, but couldnt get to what I wanted. They look disappointed but no hard feelings.

just go for a drive, then realise that they arnt that special, they arnt that fast, then look at the price and im sure u will be able to laugh your way out of it, yes i have driven 1 lol before ne 1 says mum had 1 for a day from renault as a day long test drive, and apart from the fact it was fun to rag the sh*t out of it and not get that much enjoyment from doing it (had more fun in a 350bhp saph cossy for the 10 mins i drove 1).

dont worry im sure you will realise its just a fat clio with a low performance engine out of a laguna lol.

Std saph cossie aint 350bhp, best to compare std to std, or modded to modded dont you think....

Mike Ts 400bhp V6 is a better comparison to a 350bhp cossie because both have an extra 140bhp.....if cost is NOT your concern of course.

If cost is your concern, get a 1.2 clio and stick in an audi 1.8 TT engine and nos it to 280bhp as j3ned did on here...try to stay away from clio 5GTT conversions if poss.....thats really a CHAV car.....

oh dear, lol ok, u buy a v6 brand new lets say 26k, a saph cossy wasnt that much when it was new closer to 15 i think, so automatically we have 9-10k in the bank to tune the cossy, then we are gonna tune the v6 with a super charger which i think is close to 15k i think i herd, so to add to our cossy bank of tuning there is anouther 15k, so 24-25k, u keep your v6 that u have spent that much on and i will have a cossy with 24k to tune it up with, then we will see who is better you joker lol.

i may be young, i may have a 5 door clio with a turbo engine lol, when im finished i may of spent 4k on it lol, and it will have more power than a 17/82 so im not fussed lol.

your a 40 yr old (i think i read your 40 ? ) that spent a large amount of money on a french bag of rattles, and you hate any 1 questioning how good it is lol, oh and u have to try and insult a 20yr old on the internet lol, well done, i feel happy for you lol.

actually stuff it we are talking performance here, i will take the same amount of money u spend on your v6, and buy a ariel attom with the vtec supercharged lump on it, i mean if we are talking performance and handling, that would whipe its ass with any v6 lol, costs the same performs better handles better, and is just as impracticle as a v6.
