Valver Clock Not Working

The one annoying thing about my new car is the bloody clock dont work. The hour drive home when I picked it up the hands moved an hour on but the time was wrong. Ever since I put the time right its not worked. Any ideas peeps?

had that with my last clio, took the clock to bits and couldnt find anything wrong, put it back together and still no joy
