Valver Exhaust Issues

Car  Rover 620ti, MK1 Valver
hello all

need some opinions

The downpipe on my valver is rattleing off the dogbone mount and the backbox is constantly hitting the back axl

could this be a f*cked engine mount?

cheers :)

Could be or you've got a bent exhaust system? You could try taking it all off an then refitting it, a section at a time?

Had this on my valver first bet is take it to a exhaust place see if they can move it so it sits right, failing that could try loosening the top mount and pulling the engine forward as much as poss?

Is it hitting the dogbone mount itself or the bolt?

it was hitting the bolt.. sorted it now i think. i have tightened the bolts on the dogbone and attacked the exhaust with cable ties.. will do for the moment :D

Not sure I read tht rite... uve held the exhaust... with cable ties?

not compleatly.. just reinforced a couple of brackets with them, lol.. its still got the rubbers

changing the whole lot soon anyway
