Valver oil dials lights

i have noticed just recently that my oil amount dial isn't lighting up as bright as the others.......it seems slightly dimmer although then seems to brighten up suddenly.....

i know to do anything i will need to take the dash off but i would like to be a bit more prepped before i do this...so do the knowledgable people of cs think

a) the bulb will need replacing

b) there is a loose connection

or

c) something else

my water temp did that should just be that the bulbs on the way out

oh joy...i am sure that is a pain in the ass to fit a new one then...

am not so sure it will be the bulb on the way out as the top of this specific dial is still brights were as the bottom seems to dim occasionally.......
