Valver Wheel Bearing & steering rack

hi,

i have a phase 1 valver that needs a front wheel bearing and a steering rack.

how much will each part cost and how much to fit each part? (roughly)
where is the best place to buy the parts from?

also anyone in and around the glasgow are know of some good garages that aint conmen, because they are few and far between these days?

wheel bearing part and fitted about £80. steering rack about £130+ for part dont know how much 2 fit thou.
